Again this year the Festival will feature the Nativity Scene Creative Challenge

The Challenge is to create a nativity scene which will fit into a box no bigger than 300mm x 450mm x 210mm.

Materials to be used are only limited by your imagination and creativity.

The scene can be traditional with lifelike characters or abstract and stylised.

Visitors to the Festival will be able to vote for their favourite Nativity scene by donation.

Proceeds from the voting will benefit the Wynnum-Manly Chaplaincy Committee which supports Scripture Union chaplains at seven Bayside State Schools.

A prize will be awarded to the creator of the most popular scene as determined by the amount of money donated to it.

Nativity scenes will remain the property of their creator or can be donated to the Bayside Uniting Church for use at future Christmas festivals.
